At home in the Lingel district

A total of 307 rental apartments, seven commercial units, six underground garages and 331 parking spaces are being built in Erfurt's Löbervorstadt district. The apartments are spread across six three- to five-storey residential buildings and are being built to KfW 55 standards.

The new-build apartments in the Steigereck project are located in Erfurt, the state capital of Thuringia. They are located to the south of the old town, in the Löbervorstadt district and are not far from doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, schools, nurseries and retail outlets.

Connections to the nearest train station and the city center are extremely easy by bus, train and streetcar. The "Thüringenhalle" streetcar stop is located directly opposite the development area. You are also well connected to the B4 and B7 federal highways and have quick access to the A71 and A4 freeways for interregional destinations.

Do you work in one of the nearby ministries? Then you can look forward to getting to work on foot or by bike in future. The Thuringian Ministries for Migration, Justice and Consumer Protection, for Infrastructure and Agriculture, for Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family as well as for Education, Youth and Sport are just a few minutes walk away. 

In addition to good transport connections, the Löbervorstadt district also offers various leisure activities. On the one hand, the Steigerwaldstadion is located opposite the Steigereck, perfect for sporting events at the weekend or after work. The Südpark and Steigerwald are ideal for long walks, morning jogs and are a perfect starting point for many bicycle tours in the area.
