happarchitecture. JJH Architekten GmbH and GWH Bauprojekte were honored by Callway Verlag for "Residential Buildings of the Year 2024".

The Heiligkreuzviertel in Mainz-Weisenau is being transformed from a commercial area into a mixed-use district with around 6,000 residential units.

One highlight is our award-winning "Holy Moly" project in the north of the district: two L-shaped buildings with privately financed and subsidized apartments that surround an inviting inner courtyard. A broad mix of apartments and diverse, sculptural façades make the project a harmonious part of the new district.
