Reopening of the GWH office in Kassel

Following extensive refurbishment and modernization, GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen has officially reopened its office at Kölnische Strasse 4 in Kassel. The modernized property was unveiled at an official event yesterday, 19 February 2025.
Around 60 invited guests, including representatives of the city as well as project participants and business partners of GWH, celebrated the completion of the project together.
Stefan Bürger, CEO of GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH, opened the event with a review of the successful modernization: "With this refurbishment, GWH is sending a clear signal for environmentally friendly and future-oriented building technology. The successful combination of aesthetics, energy efficiency and a modern working environment shows how existing buildings can be made fit for the future."
