Advantages of the SEPA direct debit mandate for GWH tenants

In the next few days, our tenants will receive a letter by post with a SEPA direct debit mandate and a return envelope. This will give them the opportunity to take part in our SEPA direct debit mandate service.

This service has many advantages:

Convenient: Tenants no longer have to remember to make a bank transfer. The monthly amounts due are debited correctly. Payment dates and deadlines no longer need to be observed.
Punctual: There are no reminder fees for our tenants, as punctual direct debits and meeting deadlines will be ensured.
Revocable/reversible: Tenants can have unauthorized direct debits reversed by the bank within 8 weeks - without giving reasons.
Secure: The direct debit procedure is secure and standardized by law.
Any credit balances will be offset immediately against the next rent due.
