All 700 apartments in Kronsrode-Nord are fully leased

CAMPO Immobilien has achieved full occupancy for the first six construction sites ready for occupancy on behalf of GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft, representing approximately 700 apartments. At the same time, the marketing campaign for the next construction phase is kicking off: Effective immediately, CAMPO Immobilien is launching a marketing campaign on behalf of GWH for rental apartments available for first-time occupancy in the new construction sites A4 and A7. A total of approximately 150 new apartments are being built there in the immediate vicinity of the Kronsberg landscape conservation area, in a sought-after, nature-oriented residential location.
