Pacelliallee city gate officially opened

56 new apartments for hospital employees
The "Stadttor Pacelliallee" was officially opened last Thursday. GWH Bauprojekte, Sparkasse Fulda, the city of Fulda and Fulda Hospital worked together to build modern micro-apartments and apartments specially adapted to the needs of hospital staff. At the same time, the project aims to make work and private life more compatible.
Since construction began in 2022, a building with 56 apartments, communal rooms, a roof terrace, an elevator and 28 parking spaces has been built on a former parking lot on an area of around 2,200 square meters. In keeping with the urban surroundings, the roof terrace is covered in greenery; photovoltaic systems have been installed on the roof surfaces. The 45 micro-apartments and 11 two-room apartments are between 25 and 57 square meters in size, fully equipped and furnished. At the time of the inauguration, 93 percent of the apartments were already let and 11 apartments were occupied.
Stefan BürgerCEO of GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH, emphasized the urban significance of the project: "The building is a real landmark property. Thanks to its location, it will quickly establish itself in the cityscape and enhance the surrounding area." He also praised the good cooperation with the Ten Brinke company, which implemented the project.
