Topping-out ceremony in Hanover-Kronsrode
GWH Reaches Another Milestone for One of Lower Saxony's Largest Housing Projects
With the topping-out ceremony for construction sites A4 and A7 in the Hannover Kronsrode neighborhood, GWH has reached another significant milestone in the development of the new district in the southeastern part of the state capital. After approximately 14 months of construction, the structural work for a total of 156 apartments has been completed.
The construction project is part of the “NordKrone” neighborhood, which GWH is developing in the northern area of Kronsrode in collaboration with its subsidiary, GWH Bauprojekte GmbH. A total of approximately 1,400 rental apartments and townhouses are being built there. A large portion of the residential units has already been completed and occupied. With its investment in Kronsrode, GWH is significantly expanding its portfolio in Hanover and the surrounding area while also making a substantial contribution to easing pressure on the regional housing market.
