This year, Focus Money once again scrutinized the fairness of landlords in a comprehensive study and gave GWH a good rating.

For the first time, there was also an award in the sustainability category.

rated. We are delighted with this assessment and see it as confirmation of our strategy of making sustainability a key component of our corporate strategy. With six areas of action for sustainable management in the residential sector, we have developed an ambitious program with GWH footprints, which we will implement step by step over the coming years to make our company fit for the future.
