Welcome Party for New Tenants in Erkrath
On July 14, GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen held a welcome party for the residents of the housing portfolio in Erkrath that it acquired earlier this year.
The event provided an opportunity for attendees to get to know one another and engage in personal conversation, and underscored GWH’s commitment to being an approachable, reliable, and locally present landlord.
As part of the change in ownership, the residential complex—comprising a total of 351 residential units and 178 underground parking spaces—was sold by the Düsseldorfer Wohnungsgenossenschaft eG to GWH. The property complements GWH’s existing portfolio in Erkrath and strengthens the location in the long term.
The tenant welcome party gave residents the opportunity to meet GWH representatives in person. In a relaxed atmosphere, they were able to ask questions, raise concerns, and establish initial contacts with the new property management teams. For GWH, direct dialogue with tenants is a central focus of its property management efforts.
