GWH strengthens good living in neighborhoods

In order to involve tenants in improvement processes for the entire housing stock in the long term, GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen has once again been conducting comprehensive surveys since the end of October.

In the Henri-Dunant-Siedlung in Frankfurt, the Schelmengraben in Wiesbaden and the properties in Dresden, Düsseldorf and Cologne, among others, a good 10,000 households are being asked for their opinions on numerous housing-related topics. The surveys are to be completed by the end of the year and evaluated in the first quarter of 2025. The surveys are based on the research project "Quality of life in large housing estates", which was carried out in 2021-2022 in cooperation with the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (FUAS).
