GWH commissions photovoltaic system in Ben-Gurion-Ring

In order to contribute to the expansion of renewable energies and make sensible use of unused roof space, GWH is equipping suitable residential building roofs in its own portfolio with photovoltaic systems. GWH is marking the start of its ambitious photovoltaic expansion targets with the pilot system on Ben-Gurion-Ring in Frankfurt.
GWH sees the use of photovoltaic systems as a forward-looking investment in energy supply and environmental protection. "By installing PV systems, we are creating new earnings potential while also contributing to the decarbonization of our portfolio. In the future, we would also like to offer our tenants the opportunity to benefit from the advantages of renewable energies, for example through tenant electricity models or the reduction of operating costs," said Stefan Bürger, CEO of GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH.
