GWH commissions photovoltaic system in Ben-Gurion-Ring

To contribute to the expansion of renewable energy and make effective use of unused roof space, GWH is installing photovoltaic systems on suitable residential roofs within its own portfolio. GWH is marking the start of its photovoltaic expansion with a pilot system on Ben-Gurion-Ring in Frankfurt.
GWH views the use of photovoltaic systems as an investment in the future energy supply. “By installing these PV systems, we are creating new revenue opportunities while also contributing to the expansion of renewable energy in our property portfolio. Looking ahead, we also want to offer our tenants the opportunity to benefit from renewable energy, for example through tenant electricity models or by reducing operating costs,” said Stefan Bürger, CEO of GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH.
