GWH is one of the fairest landlords in Germany

For the fifth time, Focus Money surveyed tenants and had their landlords evaluated on the basis of 32 criteria.
A total of 26 housing companies were put to the test.
In previous years, GWH was able to hold its own with good to very good ratings. In the latest 2023 ranking, we improved once again and scored "very good" in four out of six individual categories. This puts GWH in the top group in the overarching "Fairest landlord" category.
GWH scored "very good" in the categories of rental costs, housing brokerage, sustainability and property and living environment design, while tenant support and tenant service were rated as "good" by tenants.
We are delighted with this excellent rating and see the award as a mandate to maintain this level in the long term.
