GWH acquires 351 residential units in Erkrath

The seller of the six row houses is Düsseldorfer Wohnungsgenossenschaft eG (DWG). The portfolio consists of six apartment buildings located in the immediate vicinity of GWH’s existing portfolio in Erkrath. The nearly fully leased residential complex was built between 1968 and 1974 and is characterized by a stable tenant base and high-quality properties in a pleasant residential area with strong infrastructure. The total leasable area amounts to 24,858 square meters, with an average apartment size of approximately 71 square meters; the mix of apartment sizes, ranging from 38 to 95 square meters, appeals to a broad target group.
