GWH opens neighborhood office in Hanover-Kronsrode

GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen kicked off a new phase in the Kronsrode district on September 18, 2025 with a tenant party and the grand opening of its new district office together with representatives of the City of Hanover and project participants. The office at Lüdersworth 90 will be the central point of contact for tenants in the new development area.

A team consisting of a salesperson, a technician and two janitors will take care of the tenants' needs there with immediate effect. The aim is to create short distances and ensure personal support. "With the new neighborhood office, we are not only creating physical proximity, but also commitment and reliability for our tenants. Our aim is to make living in Kronsrode lively, well looked after and sustainable. We have come to stay - today we are showing that we are keeping this promise," said Christian Wedler, CEO of GWH Bauprojekte GmbH, at the inauguration.
