GWH Closes the Most Successful Fiscal Year in the Company's History
Consolidated earnings of €495.8 million and a company-owned portfolio that has grown to 48,182 residential units mark a new milestone in the Group’s development
GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen can look back on its most financially successful fiscal year since the company was founded over 100 years ago. The results for fiscal year 2025 demonstrate that the targeted expansion into new business areas, a forward-looking investment policy, and modern human resources management can lead to substantial improvements in earnings.
The GWH Group’s revenue rose to €546.6 million, compared with €529.1 million in the previous year. “Anyone who achieves an EBIT of €217.8 million with an equity ratio of 48.6 percent has not only had a good year, but has also made the right decisions in the years leading up to it,” summarizes Matthias Voss, CFO of GWH.
