The setting couldn't have been more fitting: last week, at the Weißfrauen Diakoniekirche church, which is currently being used for emergency winter accommodation, Hesse's Minister of Social Affairs, Heike Hofmann, presented several approval notices to mark the launch of the state's strategy against homelessness. One of these concerns the expansion of our joint Housing First project and secures funding of €150,000 for 2026.
