Expansion of the facility in Cologne-Lindenthal
GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen has acquired a residential portfolio consisting of a total of 288 residential units, four commercial units, and 284 parking spaces in the Lindenthal district of Cologne.
The portfolio includes two smaller buildings at Classen-Kappelmann-Straße 32 and Dürener Straße 84–86, as well as a central building complex at Classen-Kappelmann-Straße 26–30a.
The properties have a living area of approximately 17,571 m² and approximately 610 m² of commercial space. The portfolio also includes 246 underground parking spaces and 38 outdoor parking spaces. The properties are located in a very desirable and popular residential area in the sought-after Lindenthal district and have undergone extensive renovations in recent years.
With this acquisition, GWH is further expanding its portfolio in Cologne: The number of residential units at the site is growing from 1,026 to 1,314. At the same time, this creates additional synergies in the management of the regional portfolio.
