To ensure the protection of your personal data, you can only apply via our applicant management system.
Your candidate profile will be created at the same time as your application. You will receive an e-mail to assign a password for the candidate profile. You can then access our Candidate Center to edit and view your data at any time. In this Candidate Center you will also find other job advertisements at GWH and can apply for other positions if you are interested.
Please upload your application including cover letter, CV and certificates in a maximum of three PDF files (max. 20 MB and no more than 10 MB per file). Other file formats are not supported.
After the HR department and the specialist department have reviewed the documents, we will contact suitable applicants to arrange appointments for personal interviews. In exceptional cases, the first interview can also be arranged virtually via WebEx meeting. A second interview or specialist interview may also be necessary.
A colleague from the HR department, the specialist department and a member of the works council will take part in each interview. If we choose you - and you choose us - you will receive a verbal confirmation and your employment contract shortly afterwards.
Our aim is to give you initial feedback on your application after approximately one week. As the number of applications received can vary greatly depending on the job advertisement, we ask for your understanding that a qualified review of the documents and the processing of the applications may take a little longer in individual cases.
We are happy to offer our employees apartments from our portfolio for rent. In this case, you will not be required to pay a deposit. Please contact us and we will do our best to offer you an apartment that meets your housing needs. Whether and when we can offer you a suitable apartment depends on your housing needs and the availability of suitable apartments.
It is not mandatory for our janitors (m/f/d) to live in the portfolio they are responsible for. However, GWH grants a rent discount of 30% of the basic rent for janitors (m/f/d) who live in the housing stock they are responsible for.
In order to guarantee the protection of your personal data, applications are submitted exclusively via our applicant management system. You can be sure that only those responsible for the application process will have access to your data and documents. Your data will be automatically deleted 6 months after completion of the application process.
We know: A company is only as good as its employees. That is why we offer our employees a comprehensive range of internal seminars, which we tailor to current needs. All internal training courses are held by qualified external speakers and trainers or internal specialists. It is also possible to take part in external training courses.
Independently of GWH's annual further training program, we grant our employees cost subsidies for further training and study measures that are in the interests of the company.
