This year, 13 young men and women are once again laying the foundations for their professional careers at GWH. This brings the total number of trainees and students to 40.
In addition to real estate and office management clerks, the class of 2022 includes a digitalization management clerk, students specializing in real estate management and civil engineering as well as an IT specialist with a focus on application development.
Every year, around 2,500 young people apply for an apprenticeship or dual study program at GWH. In addition to the areas of real estate management and civil engineering, GWH, as a forward-looking company, attaches great importance to constantly expanding its range of training opportunities. For example, the IT area has grown considerably in recent years. Practice at GWH is characterized by its versatility. This also lives up to our motto "freedom". The high takeover rate at GWH of over 90% in recent years confirms that we are on the right track.
