Attractive new 2- to 5-room apartments are being built on the Posthof site adjacent to the Krämpfervorstadt district in central Erfurt.
The energy certificate has not yet been issued and will be submitted after completion of the buildings.
As the state capital of Thuringia, Erfurt is the largest city in the state and one of the state's three regional centers alongside Jena and Gera.
Erfurt's road, rail and air transport connections guarantee short distances within Germany and Europe. This is underlined by the nearby A 4 and A 71 freeways as part of the Erfurt ring road with its twelve junctions, as well as the B 4 and B 7 trunk roads.
The Posthof is located adjacent to the Krämpfervorstadt in direct relation to the city center.
Within walking distance are several public transportation stops, a daycare/kindergarten, a primary and several secondary schools, shopping facilities and doctors.
