What you can expect:
- Preparation and revision of architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations)
- Assistance with the preparation and review of certificates of separate ownership
- Analysis and Processing of Inventory Records
- Assistance with technical due diligence (setting up data rooms and reviewing documents)
- Coordination of technical site visits (scheduling, documentation)
Your background:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in architecture, civil engineering (ideally in the 3rd or 4th semester or later), or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in CAD or a similar drafting program
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
- Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Analytical thinking, a meticulous approach to work, and a high degree of reliability
