What you can expect:
- Responsibility for transitioning projects from property management to the technical department
- Independent cost estimation and budget planning for modernization projects in close coordination with portfolio management
- Development and management of structured project workflows, including the creation of detailed schedules and milestone plans
- Technical guidance and support during contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparation of specifications and coordination of bid schedules in collaboration with the central purchasing department
- Proficiency in using relevant databases as well as standard tendering and cost estimation software
- Structured and quality-assured handover of the prepared projects to the relevant senior management departments
Your background:
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification, such as a construction technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the construction or real estate industry, ideally with extensive practical experience in managing and overseeing renovation projects
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in using common tendering and cost estimation software (e.g., iTWO), as well as MS Excel, SAP, and MS Office
- Willingness to travel regularly for project assessments and the cost estimation of measures
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to negotiate and assert oneself effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making skills, and an independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
