Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation in the contest hosted by GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “Organizer,” is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions of Participation. By participating in the contest, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Duration and Format of the Contest
The contest runs from August 24, 2026, through September 13, 2026, inclusive. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate online in a social media contest on Instagram.

Participation
To participate in the contest, the Operator will publish a contest post on its aforementioned social media channel. The contest will take place from August 24, 2026, through September 13, 2026, inclusive. The eligibility requirements are set forth in the respective contest post. The winner will be determined after the contest period ends and will be announced on the operator’s social media channel or notified directly. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

Eligibility
Anyone who is at least 18 years of age and a resident of Germany is eligible to participate in the contest. Employees of GWH Immobilien Holding GmbH, Westerbachstraße 33, 60489 Frankfurt am Main, and its subsidiaries are excluded. Participation using fake identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

Prizes and Prize Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing after the contest period ends. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be mentioned by name (username) on Instagram, if applicable.

The following prizes will be raffled off among eligible participants:
1x €500 IKEA gift card
 

The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Should circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the winner agrees to accept a reasonable substitute prize.

Early Termination and Changes
The operator reserves the right to terminate the contest early, in whole or in part, at any time—even without prior notice—or to modify its course if, for technical or legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee the proper conduct of the contest.

Disqualification
A violation of these Terms and Conditions entitles us to disqualify the participant from the contest. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or if the content violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. If the disqualified participant is a winner who has already been selected in a drawing, the prize may be revoked retroactively.

Data Protection
Providing personal data is required to participate in the contest. The winner warrants that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and accurate. The operator collects the winner’s residential or shipping address and phone number for the purpose of shipping the prizes as part of the prize notification. The organizer notes that none of the participant’s personal data will be disclosed to third parties or made available for their use without the participant’s consent. An exception to this are the companies commissioned to administer the sweepstakes and handle shipping, which must collect, store, and use the data for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and shipping the prizes. The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to info@gwh.de. Upon revocation of consent, the participant’s collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately, and the participant will be excluded from the contest. Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates, in economic terms, the intent and purpose expressed in the invalid provision.
